Bio

Originally from the Los Angeles area, I moved to the Sacramento Valley in 2004 and began performing and producing throughout the region and making connections with different theatre organizations. From 2008-2010, I served as the Director of Outreach for Artistic Differences Theatre Company and from 2014-2016, I served as the Director of Marketing and Outreach for Big Idea Theatre while also occasionally serving as stage manager, director, and performer in various productions.

From 2014-2016, the Sacramento creative agency, Unseen Heroes, brought me in to assist in redesigning and eventually managing the now popular Midtown Farmers Market. I later served as Project Manager for many other events produced with Unseen Heroes with clients such as the Governor Gavin Newsom, Mayor Daryl Steinberg, Planned Parenthood of California, the California Arts Council, Sacramento Regional Transit, Sierra Nevada Brewing Co., and many others, in addition to developing dozens of in house brands and events series.

In 2017, I co-produced an original, immersive, episodic romantic musical comedy entitled Boxed Up at the Warehouse Artist Lofts. This creative venture gave me the opportunity to manage over 80 artists from various mediums while creating a new artistic work that challenged how theatre was produced and consumed, the likes of which Sacramento had never seen before.

In 2018, I joined the Actors Equity Association as a stage manager. Over the next year and a half, I worked with Capital Stage Theatre Company, Sacramento Theatre Company, New Helvetia Theatre, Hawkins School of Performing Arts, and UC Davis School of Theatre and Dance. This work also opened new opportunities to act as a teaching artist of stage management, production management, and direction at UC Davis School of Theatre and Dance, the Natomas Arts & Education Foundation, and Theatre at Granite Bay.

I returned to Unseen Heroes in 2019 to offer further knowledge and training in event and performance management. In 2022, I was promoted to Creative Operations Manager where I assisted the Unseen Heroes team develop and grow while keeping them committed to their core values and to the development of the Sacramento creative community.
